I have downloaded the latest bixelangelo and an experimenting with a few of its features, and have a question.
Is it possible to use an image as the 'nib' of the drawing item - the image would be acting as the 'ink'. For example, if I wanted the sketch to be composed of PNGs of a lightbulb, would this be possible?
Also, is it possible to attach an image to the 'tip' of the drawing 'pen' - for example, to make it look like the sketch was being drawn with a fountain pen?
Thank you.
The answer is yes. The homepage of Bixelangeo explains this:
A picture layer can be attached to the sketch layer. The attached picture follows the path of the sketch.
Choose Layer > Attach Layer > Attach Picture to active Layer... to attach a picture layer.

The BluffTitler installer comes with an example that does exactly what you are looking for:
BluffTitler / media / shows / sketch effects / Sketch_Hand.bt

Michiel,
Thank you for the answer. I had missed the example you mentioned.
However, my first question still stands. Is it possible to make an image act like the 'ink'. For example, if I had a small graphic of a tube, could I use that graphic as the ink, so that as each 'blob' of ink is drawn, it draws an instance of the picture?

Michiel,
I am not sure if it is clear from the following link, but in 'The Wall' there are graphics where worms appear to grow on the screen - and it is something like this I was hoping to achieve...
Have a look at 00:41 - 00:53

I don't think you need a picture to create worms or ink.
In the sketch layer switch from FLAT to ROUND (1st dropdown listbox below the textbox).
