I have downloaded a Media file (DiscoBall) to desktop, and tried to open with Winzip12 placing it into 'Bluff' Templates. However, when I try to run file it opens Winzip 'Add to archive' again.
How do I open file to use in Bluff Titler? Where an I going wrong?
I am using Windows 7; things seemd to work OK in XP.
Unzipping a file has nothing to do with BluffTitler.
Please consult the documentation of WinZip to find out how to use WinZip to unzip files.
Windows has built-in zip support. Press F1 on the desktop and search for "zip" to find out how to use Windows to unzip files.

I have managed to download and open; I can get the file into 'favourites', and adjusted as required. I have managed to Export as a Movie file. However, although the duration was set as 30 secs, the movie file only plays for a mere second.
Please, how does one save properly, and how does one export show as set up?
Thanks

Further to previous comment - in Movie export box, 'time' is supressed. How does one adjust it please?

Maybe the video file you have created is very big and the software you use to play the video has run out of memory. I advise you to start your experiments with short, low resolution video files.

1. Computer consists as flollows:
AMD Atlonn II X4 630 Processor
RAM 4.00GB
Graphics ATI Radeon HD 4250
Gaming graphics 2046 MB memory available
Primary HD 844 GB free.
Should this be sufficient?
2. How does one make background totally transparent, so that original video can be seen behind say a 3D model and text?
(Using Pinnacle 14 UC editing software).
3. Help and speed of reply is greatly appreciated.

Yes.
You can export your show as a video file with transparency info by choosing one of the WITH TRANSPARENCY options in the FILE > EXPORT AS MOVIE dialog.
