Mr. michiel... would like if possible to move text layer on objects or so called vectors... they are fixed for now, will be an great improvement or I don't know how to implement moves inside an object as textures. Thx for answer upfront.
Mr. michiel, try to add on an vector texture picture or video, when do that I'm not able to do changes in some point of video do with Bluff. So for example if vector stay on same spot i will like to play with texture position but is not possible, or I don't know how to do it. Will be great to play with texture positions by the way, I know you are outstanding so think you can make that possible as always do.

Maybe the Special\Masked effect does what you want.
Apply it to a text layer with a picture in the 1st texture slot. Now when you move the text layer, the texture stays at the same place.

No cant move it is always static, and only way to see some changes is to clone text and adjust texture to different place and play transparency in out but can be better if able to do in program texture movable by keys, ufff, it ok maybe with time will be made this.

Do you mean that you can't animate the TEXTURE POSITION property?
Unmark the ALL KEYS checkbox and you will be able to animate it.
