To put a texture on a vase, which cfx effect is the perfect one to make it look good?

The basic Lightened effect or even no effect will do. But in order to do texture mapping, your model requires texture (UV) coordinates. When your model does not feature texture coordinates you'll have to find another model. Many can be found on Sketchfab, like this one.
