Mohkamil, ffmpeg.exe can be found in the bin folder.
When there's a code folder you have probably downloaded the wrong file. I checked the instructions and they are still correct: outerspace-software.com...
I would download ffmpeg-release-essentials.zip from this page:
gyan.dev...
