The actual quality depends on your hardware, especially the amount of video memory of your graphics card. BluffTitler automatically switches to a lower quality when there's not enough memory available. So yes, for 8K++ you need a mega gaming machine.

Realize that the required resolution not only depends on the size of your screen, but also on the viewing distance. For example, for a 4 meter wide digital signage screen that is watched from 100 meters away, FHD is more than enough.

for 8K you need Nvidia GPUs or expensive Radeons who cost double then any Nvida above 1080Ti can solve that.
