The CHANGE TEXTURE dialog is the exact same dialog as the CHANGE EFFECT dialog.

They were once separate, but now integrated into a single dialog. To prevent confusion, the menu items, buttons and keyboard shortcuts stayed the same.

Please see attachments and you´ll see how they are separated ( on the right hand side of screen capture). What is shown in User Guide is precisely what I am looking for.
I am spending a lot of time trying to learn as much as I can so I can have a decent handle of BT. I have read User Guide several times and I will probably bother you with my questions in the future. So please be patient with my queries,
