I like to have a (moving) video as a background reference for creating a title in BluffTitler.
With BluffTitler's default installaton the exported video from my video editor (Vegas Pro, MP4 file format) didn't load in a BluffTitler video layer. I was hesitating to install codec packs. At the end I installed just LAV filters 0.75.1 with default settings which solved the problem.

I 'm using the video layer as a temporary background video reference for timing the animations in BluffTitler. Don't forget to disable the "Visible" property of your video background layer before exporting your title!
