Kanon, Tintin, komies and 7 others like this!

I've been having fun figuring out interior mapping. The highest quality graphics seem to come from rendered scenes but require a lot of work. Using Filter Forge and Affinity Photo plus Bixorama outerspace-software.com... give tons of options for quick interior maps.

The first box in the video is an equirectangular photo from pixexid.com and output in a single file from Bixorama. I just realized that Bix allows you to quickly import 6 separate files to create your 360, making it super easy to generate interior maps from any images on hand.

The second box is a simple FF filter that looked good for adding perspective lines.

The third box was created in Affinity Photo from multiple images and skewed to the correct proportions. Before skewing, the far wall (with 3 pictures) was a rectangle which was shrunk to a square to add more depth. Also, I created a macro for the skewing to make it quick to use.

Daisy was there to test if it was possible to 'enter' the room space. Nope, so I cheated a bit with the field of view instead.

Always looking for more suggestions...

Nice arty composition!

Have you tried rotating the camera around the planes? Or rotating the planes? That would better demonstrate that the planes are flat *and* have an interior. Something that would be pretty impossible to do without the Special\Interiormap effect. Maybe that would make it more magical.
