I update my amd graphic card and install new drivers almost every day.Why do i have to do that.Anybody knows ?
That's strange.
In Windows 10, driver updates for many devices, such as network adapters, monitors, printers, and video cards, are automatically downloaded and installed through Windows Update so there's no need to do this manually yourself:

But when i search for new drivers they install even when i have recently installed and updated windows.

In the past I have had something similar happen.
When my system booted up a startup software was installing a driver
which happened to be an earlier version and it was taking place of my
latest version.
The software tech support helped me get the software to point to the
latest version of the driver.
If you are experiencing this overwrite condition, try isolating start up
items and you should be able to ferret out the culprit.
